Franschhoek village and the wine farms
Franschhoek itself — the village, the surrounding estates and the guest farms up the valley — is our home turf. Many of these properties are older, with stone or face-brick walls and strict expectations about how a dish is sited, so a clean, discreet install matters as much as a strong signal. Groot Drakenstein and the valley floor
Down towards Groot Drakenstein, properties are often larger and more spread out, with dishes needing careful line-of-sight around trees and terrain. It’s classic communal and multi-point territory for estates and farms.

The Winelands has its own quirks.
